The most important part to set up a hospital, needed proper planning & designing. We do undertake the responsibility of planning for our clients. This planning includes the infrastructure of the hospital, lay-out design of the proposed project, placing of different services etc. We also keep the 'VASTU' angle in our mind at the time of lay-out designing. This part of our job is basically an endeavourment to provide our client the ultimate value of his investment towards construction. We employ an experienced supervisor for any of our project to ensure the quality of construction and prevent any deviation from the Original Drawing.

• - Formalization of planning brief including area requirements, Selection of services to be provided and Infrastructural facilities to be provided.
• - Preparation of conceptual lay-out drawings of different floors. Preparation of Bar chart / PERT programme of each activity.
• - Preparation of Detail Scheme (Architectural & facility planning) after approval of Conceptual layout by the Client including Elevation, Section etc.
• - Preparing budgetary estimate of different discipline after approval of Detail layout & Specification.
• - Preparation of Local Authority drawings. (if required ) for helping the client to get formal approval.
• - Preparation & evaluation of Tender drawings & documents, Specifications and Bill of quantities for Architectural, Civil, Electrical, Air-conditioning, Medical Gas Line, Other services & Infrastructure, Interior etc, as mentioned in item-5 to assist the Client.
• - Preparation of Detail Drawings & Documents for Contractors for commencement of work at site.
• - Checking of Fabrication drawing/s ( if any ) supplied by Contractor / Vendor.
• - Supervision of Construction work of different Contractor at site as per Bar-Chart.
• - To maintain proper Co-ordination between Contractor / Suppliers.
